Steak House in Bryson City, North Carolina

Found this place on recommendation card from Cabin Rental Company. This place is awesome!!! If you are in the Bryson/Cherokee area and are looking for a fantastic meal, you must go to Jimmy Mac's. The Fillet is the best I have ever had!!! Great southern charm main st restaurant. We will be back

Great meal. Server #5 was wonderful. Very attentive and right on the ball. Last night broccoli with cheese sauce, mush. Tonite broccoli cooked to perfection! Steaks both nights cooked perfect.

This place was great. We ate there 2 nights in a row. Had ribeyes the first night & fried mountain trout & strip steak thd next time. Wait staff were terrific. Recommend it to all.

The food and Service was great.The owner greets all guess and makes you feel at home. The filet was one of the best I ever ate and the catfish fingers was out of this world. Will be back tomorrow to try one of the burgers.

We ate here 12/16/2016 it was really good we had a long wait but it was worth it. I recommend the Filet. We will for sure be back. Thank you!!

Love the food. Salad is so good with homemade croutons. My husband had the shrimp and catfish and I had the crab cakes. What we had was so good. Ci recommend the fried shrimp. Service was also outstanding. Thank you for a delicious meal.

We visit Jimmy Mac's every time we go to Bryson City. Wonderful food and friendly staff, even our 6 year old enjoys the food there. My husband thinks it's one of the best steaks he's had and I adore the pasta. Looking forward to next time! Just get there early if you have little ones, wait too long and you'll find a line (it's that good!)

my husband and I have been on a road trip now for a little over 8 days! This was the best stop we've made so far from Louisiana, Mississippi, Tennessee to North Carolina! I have filet and my husband had trout with a fine cup of chicken and sausage gumbo! Great food!

Friendly service, I had the grilled trout you could taste the freshness awesome. Fresh croutons on the salad. Fun old time family atmosphere. I will come ahain
